The Addiction Psychiatry Research Unit (URPT), led by Dr. Didier Jutras-Aswad, head of the CHUM Psychiatry Department and clinical researcher, conducts a dynamic clinical research program focused on psychoactive substances, mental health, and addiction. This unit is composed of a multidisciplinary team trained to the highest standards in clinical research. My experience with OPTIMA – I found it very interesting, then I found it very pleasant. The staff have always been very kind, welcoming and polite. It allowed me to be able to take responsibility for my problem, to solve it without having to go through difficult things. I was able to keep my job, and it was very important for me to be able to keep my job and to have access to treatment as easily as possible.
